New AD, Redesign and migration of the Qualisocial site

Qualisocial is an organization that specializes in mental health at work, quality of life and working conditions (QVCT). For more than 17 years, she has been supporting Human Resources Departments, social organizations and large organizations to prevent psychosocial risks, raise awareness, support and transform organizational practices.

Issues

Faced with a international growth, a rich portfolio of solutions (including the mental support platform) Qualicare) and a significant volume of editorial resources, Qualisocial had a strategic need: a website capable of supporting ambitious organic growth while being a conversion lever for complex B2B audiences (HR, managers, institutions).

The team Gemeos has been mandated to conduct a complete redesign of the site under Webflow, with a key objective: industrialize and secure a powerful technical SEO migration, without losing existing traffic, while strengthening the effectiveness of the site as an acquisition channel.

Our intervention

1. Strategic alignment & clarification of messages

Qualisocial covers several “worlds”: prevention, awareness-raising, employee support, solutions for beneficiaries, QVCT barometers, editorial resources...
Our first axis was to Clarifying the semantic architecture of the site so that every visitor instantly understands:

  • What Qualisocial does
  • For whom
  • How does it work

By reducing cognitive noise and structuring messages around HR expectations, managers and institutional decision-makers.

This work laid a solid foundation before any visual or technical design.

2. Art Direction & visual experience designed B2B

The art direction was designed for embody the credibility of Qualisocial in a sensitive universe : mental health at work and quality of life.
The challenge was not to “make something decorative”, but to visually translate a serious expertise (health professionals, barometers, listening devices, coaching) while remaining accessible and reassuring for decision makers.

The design highlights:

  • clear, structured, welcoming visual codes
  • social proof (testimonials, customer logos, key figures)
  • a hierarchy of content that guides towards engagement without psycho-visual overload

3. UX/UI Design & Conversion

Objective: transform visitor intent into qualified leads (expert contact, demo request, downloaded resources).
We have optimized:

  • paths to discover the offer, information and use cases
  • the primary contact points (call-to-action relevant according to the intentions)
  • the readability of complex content (barometers, devices, organizational benefits)
    for the user to understand and act without friction.

4. Webflow development & technical performance

The platform was rebuilt entirely under Webflow based on:

  • one reusable component system, ready to scale with new pages, landing pages and campaigns
  • a responsive and efficient architecture
  • total autonomy for the Qualisocial team on content creation, resources and business pages

This technical build was designed to be fast, agile and maintainable with a healthy base to host future SEO optimizations and campaigns.

5. Technical SEO migration & organic optimization (major axis)

On this project, the key issue was the technical SEO migration : organize the transition from the old site to the new version without losing traffic, while creating the bases for a sustainable organic growth.

In-depth SEO audit

We mapped what existed to understand:

  • Which pages generate traffic and what are their intentions
  • Which pages are already well positioned on strategic keywords
  • Which pages need to be merged, restructured, or optimized

Mapping strategy & redirections

  • Mapping existing URLs → new URLs
  • Extensive 301 redirections strategy
  • Managing orphan pages
  • Consolidation of content around priority SEO intentions

Technical SEO optimization

We have put in place:

  • optimized tags (titles, meta descriptions, Hn aligned with intentions)
  • relevant structured data
  • redesigned internal networking to crawl/understand content better
  • improving mobile performance (mobile-first)
  • optimization of loading times

SEO-friendly architecture & content preparation

The site has been structured to:

  • Capturing HR research intentions/QVCT/mental health at work
  • support an oriented editorial plan expert content, barometers and strategic resources
  • enable the future creation of Business or sector landing pages

The aim was not just to export content, but to Make it efficient and sustainable in SEO, while securing migration.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
