How do you manage the dual target audience of clients / candidates on the same site?
That's precisely what we architect from the strategy phase. Dual navigation, dedicated pages per profile, differentiated calls to action. The goal: for every visitor to immediately find the journey that matches their needs — without having to search.
Can a job board or ATS be integrated directly into Webflow?
Yes. We integrate the main ATS platforms on the market (Lever, Greenhouse, Teamtailor, Welcome to the Jungle, etc.) via iframe or API, depending on your tech stack. Your HR team continues to manage job postings in their usual tool — the website updates automatically.
Does SEO work for attracting candidates, not just clients?
Absolutely. Active candidates search on Google — "recruitment agency [sector] [city]", "job opportunities [profession] [level]". A well-designed SEO architecture captures these queries and continuously feeds your talent pool, in parallel with your active sourcing.
We already have a website. Do we need a complete redesign?
Not necessarily. We start with an audit to identify what's holding you back. Often, restructuring client/candidate journeys, adding case studies, and optimizing SEO is more impactful than a complete redesign — and much faster.
