Is there a commitment required for the engagement?
Our retainers start with a minimum 3-month commitment. This is the essential timeframe to lay the groundwork, launch initial actions, and measure early results. Beyond that, the engagement renews month-to-month, without forced long-term commitment.
We don't lock you into 12-month contracts to compensate for a lack of results. If the collaboration works, you stay because it delivers results, not because you're forced to.
What are the production timelines for deliverables?
Timelines vary depending on the nature of the deliverable. We commit to realistic deadlines from the project's start, formalized in the launch brief. No 48-hour promises for projects that require three weeks of serious work.
The factor that consistently extends client-side deadlines is late feedback or multiple decision-makers. We recommend a single point of contact with approval authority for each project. Cannelle, our project manager, ensures that milestones are met on both sides.
What are the prerequisites to get started?
To get started effectively with Gemeos, you only need three things: a clear (even if approximate) vision of what you want to achieve, a designated client contact person for approvals, and access to existing tools (current website, Google Analytics, Search Console, CRM if applicable).
You don't need to have everything perfectly defined before contacting us. Part of our discovery process is precisely to help you structure your brief.
If there's a problem, are you responsive?
Yes. Cannelle, our project manager, is the central point of contact for all operational matters. Urgent requests receive a response within the day, and critical fixes (e.g., a bug on a live site, indexing issue) are prioritized and addressed within 24 hours.
We work within the dedicated client area for project tracking and use Slack for daily communication. No emails lost in generic inboxes: each client has a dedicated space and a direct communication channel with the team.
What doesn't change across agencies: unexpected issues arise on all projects. What does change is how they're managed. Our approach: immediate transparency about the problem, a proposed solution right away, no waiting for a follow-up meeting to resolve a situation.
How are action and performance tracking organized?
Each client has a dedicated client area with ongoing action tracking, upcoming deliverables, and decisions made. For projects with an SEO or CRO dimension, a performance dashboard is set up from the start to track key metrics week by week.
Monthly reporting isn't a 30-slide document to justify our work. It's a concise summary: what we did, what it produced, and what we're doing next month. We prefer to spend time producing results rather than documenting our activity.
