Art Direction

Noota is a recurring Gemeos client — and every new engagement builds on a relationship of trust around a product that moves fast. Noota 360, the platform’s flagship, reflects the ambition to become the true productivity OS for modern teams.

The art direction challenge was to make a complex platform visually clear — 4 interconnected modules, multiple use cases, and varied audiences — without falling into marketing oversimplification or technical overload. Noota’s intelligence lies in its ability to adapt to very different workflows, and the design had to convey that flexibility without making it feel abstract.

The creative direction leaned into systemic clarity: each module (AI Notetaker, Communication Hub, Noota Talent, Action Automation) has its own visual codes within one cohesive system. AI-in-action visuals — real-time transcriptions, summaries generating, workflows running — sit at the heart of the art direction.

The sunday.ai reference — video plus a dynamic background color — pushed the work toward more vibrancy and color. Early look-and-feel feedback had flagged too much gray in the first concepts. The goal was to make the technology feel compelling without making it feel intimidating.

Dark Tech

A dark, immersive world driven by a midnight-blue-to-deep-violet gradient that instantly establishes the credibility of a serious AI tool. Bold, all-caps typography commands attention and creates a strong presence, while dark-mode product cards with violet and electric-blue accents structure the offer hierarchy. Interface visuals are woven directly into the composition as product proof. The whole system radiates a confident tech energy — powerful, premium, and built for a player that belongs in the big leagues of SaaS platforms.

White & Bold

An opposite approach: a clean white background, extra-bold uppercase typography that owns the space with authority. Color comes in surgically — violet, electric blue, green — to spotlight key numbers and high-impact words in the testimonials. Product visuals are framed in rounded containers that elevate them without cluttering the layout. This direction improves readability and accessibility while keeping the energy of an ambitious tech brand. It reassures as much as it persuades.

UX / UI Design

Noota 360’s design had to speak to a wide range of audiences — HR/recruiting, sales, ops, and professional services — while keeping one consistent message. UX shaped the experience around the natural productivity workflow: Capture → Understand → Execute → Sync.

The page architecture was reworked based on look & feel feedback: the testimonials section under the hero was removed, and the “feature list” was replaced with a more narrative, benefit-led “solution” section. Each module got its own visual space, with an autoplay demo animation.

The impact stats — 10+ hours saved per recruiter per week, 3× faster follow-ups, 100% of meetings documented — were turned into memorable editorial blocks instead of getting buried at the bottom of the page.

The overall style moved away from the “boring gray” called out in feedback: more accent color, more original compositions, a brighter feel, and a more dynamic energy — closer to sunday.ai’s vibe.

Development & Integration

The Noota 360 site build handled the complexity of a multi-module product with a frontend architecture designed for performance and smooth animations.

The autoplay product demos — transcription sequences, summary generation, workflow execution — were integrated with extra care for fluid motion. These animations sit at the heart of user buy-in.

Integration with Noota’s existing tools — calendars, ATS, CRM, video tools — was documented and highlighted in dedicated sections. The site was built to stay easy to update as new modules, including Action Automation, still in “coming soon,” move into production.

Demo request forms were optimized for conversion: fewer fields, built-in qualification logic, and direct integration with Noota’s sales CRM.

Its international positioning — EU-native, GDPR compliant — opens up specific SEO opportunities in European markets that care deeply about data sovereignty. That’s a strong differentiator against American competitors.
