Sedra Capital: logo, identity, art direction and Webflow website for an independent private wealth management firm

Sedra Capital is an independent private wealth management firm based on Avenue Foch, in Paris. Wealth audits, legal and tax structuring, open-architecture investments, succession: it supports business owners, professionals, executives and families through three offers, Sedra Origine, Sedra Gestion Privée and Sedra Family Office.

Sedra Capital entrusted Gemeos, a web agency for finance, with the logo and identity of its new firm, the art direction, the design and Webflow development of its website, and its SEO structure.

Giving a newly founded firm the standing of a house that has always existed

Sedra Capital is a new firm, founded on a simple idea: the client before the product, the relationship before the transaction, the long term before the big splash. It speaks to clients who recommend one another and expect truly independent advice. The identity had to inspire the trust of Europe's great wealth management houses, without the codes of modern finance: no curves, no arrows, no promise of returns. The site, for its part, had to comply from the outset with the rules that apply to a financial investment adviser.

Gemeos explored three logo directions around the sidra, the tree Sedra takes its name from, then three art directions for the site. The chosen tree crest carries the whole identity. The site, designed and then built on Webflow, steers each visitor by offer, profile, goal or city, with a blog, a glossary and local pages built for SEO.

Branding

A tree whose roots run as deep as its crown is wide

Sedra comes from the sidra, the wild jujube of the Mediterranean basin: a tree that grows where almost nothing grows, because its roots reach as far down as its crown spreads. That is the firm's story. The roots are structuring, tax and legal engineering, the work the client doesn't see. The crown is the assets, the income and the succession.

Gemeos explored three logo directions: a heraldic coat of arms, in the tradition of the great wealth management houses, an S and C monogram designed as a seal, and a crest that shelters the tree. The crest was chosen: the crown above the horizon line, the roots below, within an outline that reads as well as a favicon as it does very large.

The identity rests on a petrol blue (#0E2F37) and an ivory (#E8E5D9), accompanied by a deep blue, a greige and an ink black. Headings are set in Azurio, a fine serif with a classic design, body text and interface in DM Sans. The logotype also lives on its own: it signs the footer of every page, very large.

Art Direction

The calm of an office in Paris's 16th arrondissement, not that of an investment platform

The brief was clear: visitors should feel they are entering a house, not a platform. The three directions share chiaroscuro photography, serif headings and pages that breathe. They differ in their emblem, their colour and their relationship to tradition.

  • The crest direction in four tones: petrol blue, burgundy, navy and olive
  1. Direction 1 - The coat of arms

The classic wealth management house: the heraldic emblem, a deep russet brown set against black and ivory, portraits in natural light and a large serif for headings. Intended perception: heritage, succession and permanence.

  2. Direction 2 - The monogram

A more contemporary approach: the Sedra Capital monogram designed as a seal, headings in capitals, an olive green and lilac gradients that bring singularity without leaving the premium register.

  3. Direction 1.2 - The crest

The chosen iteration: the structure of the first direction, carried by the tree crest and offered in four tones, petrol blue, burgundy, navy and olive. Petrol blue on ivory became the basis of the site.

Web Design

Three entry points, and a path for every situation

A young executive starting to save, a business owner preparing a sale, a family organising its succession: each must recognise themselves in a few seconds, without minimum amounts sounding like a barrier. The site presents three worlds, then lets visitors in by profile, by goal or by city.

PageWhat it does for the visitor
HomeThe promise “What carries your wealth can't be seen”, the three offers, the four-step method, the firm's independence, the selected houses, the latest analyses and the FAQ
OffersSedra Origine, from €20,000 entrusted, Sedra Gestion Privée and Sedra Family Office: one page each
Investing by profileBusiness owner, entrepreneur, independent professional, top-level athlete, executives and senior executives
Investing by goalPreparing for retirement, preparing a succession, optimising taxes, investing company cash, growing wealth
Our citiesAn index by region with a search by city or postcode, then a page per city
The firmOur story: an adviser's observations on their profession, and the firm they founded to change its codes
ResourcesThe point of view (the firm's analyses) and the wealth management glossary
Book an appointmentA two-step form, the firm's phone number and email address

Pages alternate ivory and petrol blue, with portraits in natural light and plenty of space around headings. The same building blocks recur everywhere: offer cards, a method in an accordion, proofs of independence that unfold as you scroll, a banner of selected houses, FAQ. One more page can be assembled without going back to design.

Webflow Development

A site the firm runs on its own, city by city

The site is built on Webflow. Cities, articles, glossary definitions and authors live in CMS collections, each served by a single template: opening a city, publishing an analysis or adding a term takes no layout work. Offers, profiles and goals are dedicated pages, each with its arguments and FAQ.

The components are built to last. The method opens one step at a time and moves on to the next every six seconds, with a progress bar. The proofs of independence pin to the screen and scroll in stages. The appointment form is filled in two steps, with error messages in French, spam protection and campaign parameters kept throughout the visit.

  • Sedra Capital appointment form, step 1 of 2: the purpose of the request
  • “All our cities” index by region: North & East, West & South-West, South-East
  • Card for the Wealth management in Paris page, generated by the CMS
  • The firm page and the Book an appointment page on mobile

SEO

Answering wealth questions before people look for a firm

A business owner types “droits de succession” (inheritance tax), “PER hauts revenus” (retirement savings plans for high earners) or “gestion de patrimoine Lyon” (wealth management in Lyon) long before looking for an adviser. The site is structured for these searches: a page per offer, per profile, per goal and per city, in-depth analyses and a glossary that explains each term simply.

WorkstreamDetail
Landing pages3 offer pages, 5 profile pages, 5 goal pages and 14 city pages, each targeting its own search intent
Content7 analyses (inheritance tax, retirement savings plans, gifts, SCPI property funds, tax reduction, choosing an adviser) and a glossary of 100 definitions, from holding-period allowances to volatility
Tags & metadataTitle and meta description written page by page, a single H1 per page
Structured dataOrganization on the home page, offers, profiles, goals and the firm page; Article on each analysis, with its author and dates; FAQPage on the home page, offers, profiles and cities; breadcrumb on analyses and definitions

Readable by search engines and AI assistants alike

Each analysis is signed, with its author's page, and opens with a three-point summary. Buttons offer to have it summarised by ChatGPT, Mistral's Le Chat, Claude, Perplexity or Grok. The FAQs answer a prospective client's questions in a few lines (how the firm is paid, the first meeting, the difference from a private bank): short, marked-up answers that search engines and AI assistants can reuse.

  • Excerpt of the structured data of the inheritance tax article: Article, headline, date and author
  • “Article summary” block and buttons to have it summarised by an AI assistant
  • The wealth management glossary from A to H: allowance, life insurance, dismemberment of ownership, Dutreil scheme…
  • Definition “Donation-partage” (gift-sharing) on desktop and the glossary on mobile
