Bloomays: Webflow website for tech recruitment
Bloomays recruits tech and product talent for companies. The website had to offer two distinct journeys: finding an assignment or hiring a specialist.
Bloomays relied on Gemeos, web agency for tech recruitment players, for a more human art direction, the UX/UI for both audiences, Webflow development and SEO.

Bringing together the journeys of recruiters and tech talent
Bloomays connects companies with tech and product experts. These two audiences do not expect the same things: candidates want to discover opportunities, while recruiters are looking for specific skills, fast. The website therefore had to organize two clear journeys under a single identity and make the platform credible to talent and companies alike.
Gemeos designed a warmer art direction, then UX/UI tailored to candidates and recruiters. The Webflow build relies on CMS content for job offers and resources. The SEO structure aims to showcase the tech recruitment expertise while supporting the application and contact journeys.

Art Direction: Humanizing Tech Hiring
The HR space often suffers from generic, uninspired communication. Bloomays wanted to stand out with a warm, modern, and human visual identity that makes top tech talent want to join the platform, and gives companies confidence in the team behind it. Gemeos defined an art direction rooted in human connection and the energy of the tech world.
| Element | Creative Direction |
|---|---|
| Palette | Warm, uplifting tones, orange, coral, and soft green, to evoke energy, growth, and human connection in a sector that often feels too cold |
| Typography | Friendly, modern sans-serif type with a clear hierarchy to move smoothly between job listings and HR content |
| Imagery | Authentic photography of tech teams in real settings, plus abstract illustrations that suggest networks and connections |
| Tone | Human, direct, and supportive, Bloomays speaks to candidates and HR leaders with the same level of authenticity |
Clean and editorial
A clean, editorial visual world that leans into soft contrast: cream background, bold typography, and confident italics for the headlines, with centered human photography. The content blocks breathe. The hierarchy feels clear and direct. Color accents, dusty pink, khaki green, stay subtle and sparing. The result feels modern and approachable, professional without feeling cold, positioning Bloomays as a serious, human-first player in recruiting.
Immersive, World-Building Visuals
A clean, editorial visual world that leans into soft contrast: cream background, bold typography, and confident italics for the headlines, with centered human photography. The content blocks breathe. The hierarchy feels clear and direct. Color accents, dusty pink, khaki green, stay subtle and sparing. The result feels modern and approachable, professional without feeling cold, positioning Bloomays as a serious, human-first player in recruiting.
A blend of the two previous directions
A synthesis of the two previous directions: the 3D illustrated world of v2.1 stays intact, but the saturated backgrounds give way to softer tones, straw yellow, pale salmon. The energy is still there, just without the shout. This approach gives you the best of both worlds: the visual distinctiveness of immersive illustration, tempered by a calmer palette that broadens the audience and strengthens credibility. A balance of creative boldness and professional clarity.

UX/UI Design: Two Audiences, One Cohesive Experience
Bloomays speaks to both hiring companies and tech talent looking for their next opportunity. The UX/UI was designed for these two distinct journeys without ever compromising the overall consistency of the experience.

SEO: Reaching Tech Talent and the Companies Hiring Them
Bloomays’ SEO challenge was to attract two audiences at once, each with very different search behavior: tech candidates looking for opportunities, and HR leaders and managers sourcing talent. Gemeos built an SEO strategy that combined local visibility with topical authority in tech recruiting.

|---|---|
| Technical SEO | Optimized tags on every page, a consistent Hn structure, and structured data for JobPosting and Organization (schema.org) |
| Content Strategy | A page architecture designed to cover recruiting queries by technology (React, Python, Product Manager) and by industry |
| Structured Data | JobPosting schema implemented for job listings, unlocking eligibility for Google for Jobs rich snippets |
| Internal Linking | Strategic links between job listings, role pages, and the blog to maximize indexing and PageRank flow |
