Making the leading CSR platform shine

Ditto is a SaaS platform built for corporate CSR management. It helps teams steer their sustainability efforts, meet key market standards — EcoVadis, CDP — and communicate their impact with credibility. In 2025, Ditto brought Gemeos in to redesign and optimize its Webflow site.

The mission: deliver a robust bilingual website in French and English, easy for the Ditto team to manage on their own, and built to attract companies looking for CSR support.

Gemeos handled the development and maintenance of Ditto’s Webflow site, a high-growth SaaS platform focused on CSR. The main challenge: deliver a fully bilingual site in French and English using Webflow’s native localization system, while giving the Ditto team the tools to manage content on their own.

FR/EN Localization — Full setup of Webflow Localization and creation of Tella tutorials to train the client team on publishing translated content without agency support.

Custom CMS Collections — Built dedicated EcoVadis and CDP collections, allowing Ditto to publish structured, search-friendly resources around key topics.

Static Landing Pages — Developed conversion-focused pages for acquisition campaigns, fully built in Webflow.

Dynamic CTA System — Integrated a configurable CTA block that the client can update directly inside blog posts — demo links, PDF guides, and more — with zero technical help required.

Newsletter & Sidebar — Added a newsletter signup form inside the resource article sidebar to maximize reader conversions.

Technical Fixes — Resolved critical post-migration bugs: English content showing on French pages, the brand name mistranslated as “Idem” instead of “Ditto,” and a full cleanup of 500+ 301 redirects, most of them coming from the main navigation.

Image Optimization — Compressed and optimized media across the entire site to improve Core Web Vitals and overall performance.

Gemeos’ SEO support for Ditto centered on a deep semantic strategy built around the two flagship ESG frameworks the platform targets: EcoVadis and CDP. The goal — position Ditto as the editorial authority on the ESG topics that matter to its prospects.

The strategy started with a dual audit — technical and semantic — to identify positioning opportunities and the highest-priority areas for improvement. From there, we built a framework-based semantic cluster to guide content production and internal linking over the long term.

Work completed included: a full technical audit (crawl, 404s, redirects), a semantic audit and search intent mapping by framework, the creation of a thematic semantic cluster, a dedicated editorial calendar, internal linking across articles with GPT prompts tailored by collection, optimization of title tags and meta descriptions in both FR and EN, and removal of 404 links from article sources.

The EcoVadis and CDP collections have shown steady growth in impressions since launch in early 2026, confirming the impact of the semantic work delivered.
