The main challenge: deliver a fully bilingual site in French and English using Webflow’s native localization system, while giving the Ditto team the tools to manage content on their own.
FR/EN Localization — Full setup of Webflow Localization and creation of Tella tutorials to train the client team on publishing translated content without agency support.
Custom CMS Collections — Built dedicated EcoVadis and CDP collections, allowing Ditto to publish structured, search-friendly resources around key topics.
Static Landing Pages — Developed conversion-focused pages for acquisition campaigns, fully built in Webflow.
Dynamic CTA System — Integrated a configurable CTA block that the client can update directly inside blog posts — demo links, PDF guides, and more — with zero technical help required.
Newsletter & Sidebar — Added a newsletter signup form inside the resource article sidebar to maximize reader conversions.
Technical Fixes — Resolved critical post-migration bugs: English content showing on French pages, the brand name mistranslated as “Idem” instead of “Ditto,” and a full cleanup of 500+ 301 redirects, most of them coming from the main navigation.
Image Optimization — Compressed and optimized media across the entire site to improve Core Web Vitals and overall performance.
