Gemeos x Hellébore Private Wealth Management

Hellébore Gestion Privée is an independent wealth management firm founded in 2023 in Lyon and Paris. Their site  no longer reflected the firm’s premium ambition. Gemeos led the full redesign — art direction, UI design, Webflow development, and SEO.

The wealth management firm, designed by Gemeos

Hellébore Gestion Privée is a wealth management firm: life insurance, retirement savings plans, brokerage accounts, structured products, and private wealth management. Their challenge: build a lasting advisory relationship rooted in education and transparency in a sector often seen as opaque.

At the start of the project, their digital presence didn’t match that positioning: an outdated site, no brand identity, no content architecture, and zero lead generation system. Our mission: rebuild everything from scratch.

Art Direction

A visual identity worthy of the ambition

Hellébore Gestion Privée already had an existing brand system — a bold burgundy, an H monogram — but its WordPress site didn’t do it justice. Rémy Hespel knew exactly what he wanted: something clean, modern, and institutional without feeling cold.

Gemeos explored several creative directions based on the brand briefing. The chosen direction rests on three pillars.

A tight color palette built around deep burgundy and a warm cream background, creating a premium feel without the flash. Mixed typography — an elegant serif for headlines, sans-serif for body copy — combining readability with character. And a distinctive visual signature: the hellebore monogram (the flower, not just the letter) used as a watermark across the photography, creating an instantly recognizable visual thread throughout the site.

The photography direction also went through a rigorous editorial process. No more generic corporate stock visuals: the selected images capture authentic moments — business owners, athletes, families — in settings that speak directly to the firm’s audience.

Concept 1: Architecture & Heritage

This first direction is built around a powerful metaphor: construction. Building a legacy starts with structure — laying solid foundations and drawing clear lines. The visual identity fully leans into that idea, with a rigorously aligned design, bold borders, and a composition that feels controlled, precise, and orderly.

Concept 2: Hellébore & Digital

This second direction starts with a bold creative choice: turn the flower itself into a living graphic system. The hellebore gets stylized, broken into pixels, and transformed into a repeatable pattern. That treatment creates an identity that feels instantly recognizable and deeply digital — patterns that take over backgrounds, transitions, and surfaces, giving every visual expression a distinct personality right away.

Concept 3: Human & Commitment

This third direction bets on emotion. In a sector that loves to talk performance and returns, Hellébore goes for warmth, for human connection, with an almost philanthropic spirit. The visual system isn’t trying to impress. It’s trying to move people. Painterly art steps in as a signature element. Scenes rendered with an oil-on-canvas feel — rich, luminous, almost alive — blend with real human photography. The result is a hybrid identity, somewhere between craftsmanship and modernity, between canvas and screen. That tension doesn’t weaken the concept. It makes it one of a kind.

UI Design

An architecture built around profiles, not categories

Hellébore Gestion Privée speaks to profiles with very different expectations: business leaders, licensed professionals, elite athletes, demanding investors, and wealth-focused families. Designing a site that speaks to each of them — without diluting the overall positioning — was the guiding thread of the UI phase.

Gemeos first built a full UI Kit: a scalable color system, a typographic scale, and a library of reusable components — expertise cards, testimonial blocks, FAQ sections, contextual CTAs, and floral identity elements. This kit structures every page and ensures total visual consistency, even as new content gets added later on.

The information architecture was organized around target profiles rather than services alone. Each segment gets its own entry page, with a journey tailored to its priorities. The Elite Athletes page and the Licensed Professionals page feature a distinct visual treatment that breaks away from the usual wealth-management playbook.

The wealth simulators — a signature feature of Hellébore Technologie — were placed on a dedicated page instead of the home page. That choice came from a joint reflection on SEO architecture and user experience. It keeps the homepage lean while creating a standalone destination that’s easier to push for acquisition.

Webflow Development

Moving off Elementor for a technical foundation built to last

The previous site ran on WordPress / Elementor. Functional, but limited: uneven performance, complex editing, and fragile SEO foundations. Gemeos led the full migration to Webflow — a structural choice that shapes both site speed and the client’s day-to-day independence.

The build covers every designed page, with special attention on the following points.

ComponentTechnical Detail
Webflow CMSCMS structure set up for blog posts, editorial resources, and client testimonials — no-code editing with full ownership
PerformanceLazy loading for images, lightweight CSS animations, asset optimization — built to hit Core Web Vitals targets (LCP, CLS, INP)
ResponsiveDesktop, tablet, and mobile breakpoints handled across every page, with a focus on fluid typography and adaptive grids
Client AreaMoneyPitch integrated into the main navigation, with no friction in the user journey
Redirects301 redirects set up from the old WordPress site to preserve existing SEO equity
TrainingA 1-hour Webflow session at launch so the Hellébore team can manage content independently

Next up, the Hellébore Technologie app — wealth dashboard, simulators, data aggregation — will plug into the Webflow ecosystem to enrich the connected client experience.

SEO / GEO

Visible on Google. Cited by AI.

The Webflow redesign was the perfect moment to lay down a strong SEO foundation from day one — far more effective than trying to optimize an existing technical setup after the fact.

Semantic Architecture

Every page targets a precise keyword cluster around the firm’s core expertise (wealth management, tax optimization, executive advisory, private wealth management, real estate investment) and strategic geographic areas (Lyon, Paris). URL structure, Hn heading hierarchy, alt text fields, and internal linking were all designed to strengthen the domain’s topical authority.

GEO Optimization — Generative Engine Optimization

Beyond classic SEO, the content was structured to be readable and usable by large language models (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude…). This optimization layer — often missing from wealth management projects — relies on several concrete practices:

Direct answers to common questions written in natural language (What is an independent wealth advisor? What’s the difference between wealth management and private wealth management?) so the site can be cited as a source in generative answers.

Clear entity-attribute semantics: the firm, its founder, its expertise, its locations, and its partners are explicitly connected in the content and structured data — making it easier for LLMs to understand the knowledge graph.

Structured FAQs in SchemaFAQ on key pages, maximizing the chances of appearing in featured snippets and AI engine responses.

Authority content (blog articles, industry definitions, wealth management guides) that positions Hellébore Gestion Privée as a trusted reference for high-intent searches — not just a service provider to contact.
