How to Add iClosed in Webflow

Learn how to embed an iClosed form in Webflow in just a few minutes, with UTM tracking enabled so you can track conversions by source.

In this tutorial, Sandro, cofounder of the Webflow agency Gemeos, shows you how to embed iClosed into your Webflow site. In less than 10 minutes, your call booking form is live, connected to your calendar, and ready to convert.

1. Get the iClosed embed code

Log in to your iClosed account. In the dashboard, go to Forms, select the form you want to embed, then click Embed. Copy the code snippet provided, including the <script> tag and the anchor <div>.

iClosed offers two types of embed: the full form and the popup button. The full form sits directly on the page, while the popup button opens in an overlay when clicked. Choose based on your layout: form for a dedicated page, popup for a CTA in a section.

2. Add an HTML Embed element in Webflow

In the Webflow Designer, open the page where you want the form to appear. In the Add panel, use the A shortcut, then find Embed under the Components section. Drag and drop the element exactly where the form should show up, usually in a dedicated section or inside your CTA block.

3. Paste the code and configure the embed

Double-click the Embed element to open the code editor. Paste the full iClosed snippet, including the anchor <div> tag and the <script> tag. Click Save & Close.

Replace VOTRE_FORM_ID with your form ID, which you can find in the iClosed editor URL or in the form settings.

4. Enable UTM tracking

To track conversions by traffic source, iClosed automatically reads UTM parameters from the URL. No extra code is needed if your URL already includes the parameters. iClosed captures them and attaches them to each submission in your dashboard.

Make sure your incoming links (ads, emails, LinkedIn posts) include the standard UTM parameters:

You can find this data directly in iClosed on each lead record, under the UTM Data tab.

5. Publish and test the form

Publish your Webflow site using Publish in the top right. Open the live page, not the Webflow preview, since external scripts don’t load there. Fill out the form with test data and check that the lead appears in your iClosed dashboard. Also make sure the UTM parameters are captured if you added them to the test URL.
