Alpacap x Gemeos
Complete redesign of alpacap.com by Gemeos: UX/UI design on Figma, Webflow integration, SEO optimization, and team training. Alpacap connects restaurant POS, bank, and invoices to generate real-time P&L.
For this redesign, the team chose Gemeos, a web agency for SaaS companies, for UX/UI, Webflow, and the SEO migration.

Alpacap: A site aligned with a new positioning, designed for lead gen
Founded by Anton Soulier, former founder of Taster and employee #7 at Deliveroo, Alpacap gives restaurateurs and franchisees a real-time view of their margins, costs, and profitability by automatically connecting their POS, bank, and invoices. Their positioning had evolved faster than their website: they needed a showcase that reflected the company's new challenges and, above all, generated demo requests.
Gemeos handled the site from end to end: Figma mockups for all pages, Webflow integration, SEO optimizations, and training to make the team autonomous. The site went live in September 2025, was later enriched with a multilingual version, and adapted for a rebrand a few months later.

UX / UI Design
The existing site presented Alpacap without selling it: little hierarchy, a diluted value proposition, and no clear path to a demo. The UX/UI design work began with the structure, before the pixels: which pages, in what order, for which visitor. An independent restaurateur and a franchise CFO are not looking for the same thing.
A conversion-oriented site architecture
| Page | Goal |
|---|---|
| Homepage | State the promise, a real-time P&L, without friction, and lead to the demo in one scroll |
| Product | Detail the POS, bank and invoice connections, and how margins are reported |
| Pricing | Make the offer easy to read and reassure on the cost per location |
| About us | Put faces on the team and investors, a strong credibility lever in this market |
| Blog | Feed SEO on restaurant management and profitability topics |
The mockups were designed in Figma for desktop and mobile, with several visual proposals for the hero section submitted to the founder, and a component system ready for integration. Every section includes a call to action for a demo request, the site's primary goal.

Webflow Integration
Integration (Webflow development) was carried out in parallel with the finalization of the mockups to meet a tight launch deadline, just over two months after the kickoff.
| Deliverable | Details |
|---|---|
| Page build | All templates built pixel-perfect from Figma, desktop and mobile |
| Webflow CMS | Blog collection with an article template, to publish without a developer |
| Forms | Demo request connected to the sales team, with configured notifications |
| Domain migration | Switch to alpacap.com with automatic redirects from all former domains |
| Multilingual | A second language added through Webflow Localization, then adapted to the new brand name |
| QA & acceptance | Acceptance testing shared with the client, desktop and mobile fixes before launch |
| Training | Webflow session at handover to give the team control |

SEO
The redesign was accompanied by a domain change, the riskiest moment for SEO. Gemeos secured the transition: a 301 redirect plan from the old domain, canonical tags pointing to the new one, a cleaned-up XML sitemap, and monitoring of old blog URLs.
Regarding content, every page received its title tags and meta descriptions, a consistent Hn hierarchy, and internal linking to the demo request. The pages were written in clear sentences and short definitions, the format search engines and LLMs (ChatGPT, Perplexity, AI Overviews) use when citing a source, to make Alpacap discoverable for restaurant management and profitability queries.
