The creator monetization platform, without lock-in

Sublyna helps creators — traders, coaches, fitness influencers — monetize their audience without relying on a U.S. platform. Zero lock-in: creators keep their Stripe account, their data, and their freedom.

In 5 weeks, Gemeos delivered the full branding, art direction, and UX/UI design for Sublyna’s website — from the visual identity all the way to final mockups ready for development.

Branding

Sublyna had a complex branding challenge: convincing young, demanding creators — traders, coaches, fitness influencers, ages 14 to 28 — that a European alternative to Whop was credible. The identity had to project trust, modernity, and warmth, far from the cold codes of B2B SaaS platforms.

Logo and Color Palette

Maxime worked on a warm, vibrant palette that broke away from the blue-gray world that dominates monetization tools. The logo reflects freedom and ownership — the founders wanted the identity to embody the product message: here, the creator stays in control. The main reference point, lu.ma, guided the direction toward a premium aesthetic without institutional coldness.

Visual Positioning

The Sublyna identity stands apart from American players like Whop and Launchpass through its warmth and accessibility — a brand that speaks to a 20-year-old creator just as much as it does to a 28-year-old coach. The brand guidelines set the foundation for perfect consistency across the site, communications, and future product updates.

Art Direction

Sublyna was born from a shared realization among its three founders — Simon, Kinane, and Josselin: in France and across Europe, creators had no real alternative to Whop or Launchpass. Two U.S. platforms that create dependency: heavy lock-in, no control over the customer relationship, and a commission taken on every sale.

Sublyna’s promise is radical: zero lock-in, Stripe control on the creator’s side. The creator keeps their subscriber base, their data, and their Stripe account. Sublyna is the infrastructure — not the owner.

Visual Territory

The art direction was built around a dual challenge: technical credibility — to win over demanding traders and Discord developers — and human warmth — to appeal to coaches and lifestyle influencers. The main reference, lu.ma, set the tone: a premium, clean platform with warmth in the typography and micro-animations.

Maxime worked on a warm palette, light illustrations, and a typographic hierarchy that makes the product feel established already, not like a startup just getting off the ground.

UX / UI Design

Sublyna’s site had to do two things at once: explain a monetization platform to a young audience that already knows Whop, and convince them the European alternative is better — not just different.

Architecture and user journey

Maxime structured the site around a clear hierarchy: core promise (freedom + Stripe control), proof points (Simon, founder of France’s most-used Discord bot; Kinane, e-commerce expert; Josselin, SaaS developer), and CTAs to sign up or book a demo. Every section tackles a specific objection creators have when switching platforms.

Design system

We delivered a full design system so the Sublyna team could keep moving independently after launch. Consistency across the main landing page, feature pages, and future community templates was built in from the start.
