How to Export Webflow CMS Data
Learn how to export Webflow CMS collection data to CSV: access, structure, and use cases.
In this tutorial, Sandro, cofounder of the Gemeos Webflow agency, shows you how to export Webflow CMS collection data as a CSV file.
1. Go to the CMS Editor
In the Designer, click the CMS icon (database) in the left panel to open the CMS Editor. Select the collection you want to export.
2. Start the export
At the top of the item list, click the (...) menu or the Export button. Select Export as CSV. Webflow will generate and download the CSV file automatically.
3. Exported file structure
The exported CSV contains all the columns in your collection, including hidden fields and metadata (Item ID, Created On, Published On). Images are exported as Webflow CDN URLs. Reference fields are exported as the linked item's Name.
Conclusion
Webflow CSV export is instant from the CMS Editor. To reimport after editing: import CSV content into Webflow.
