How to Set Up Email Notifications for a Webflow Form
Learn how to set up Webflow form email notifications: recipients, subject line, reply-to, and custom SMTP.
In this tutorial, Sandro, cofounder of Gemeos Webflow agency, shows you how to set up email notifications for a Webflow form.
1. Go to the form settings
In the Designer, select your Form Block. In the Settings panel, scroll down to the Email Notifications section.
2. Set up the recipients
In the Email(s) to notify field, enter the email addresses that should receive the notifications. Separate multiple addresses with commas. These emails receive every form submission.
3. Customize the subject and reply-to
Set a clear email subject line, for example: "New contact from your website." In Reply-To Field, select your form's email field: when you reply to the notification, your response will go straight to the contact.
4. Configure the global settings
In Project Settings > Forms, set the sender name and default sending address for all notifications in your project.
Conclusion
Webflow notifications take just a few seconds to set up. Want to go further? Customize the post-submit action.
