The CoPilot.CRM project included a full branding mission: refining and elevating the existing brand identity so it truly embodied the product promise — an intelligent copilot, not a traditional CRM.

Logo and brand guidelines

The existing logo was reworked and expanded by Sacha and Maxime, along with a full visual system: a blue/black/white palette with gradients, typography, iconography, and brand variations. The result: an identity that stands out instantly from established CRM players and captures the new generation of sales tools.

Brand consistency

The visual system provides the visual foundation needed for perfect consistency across the marketing site, the product interface, and every CoPilot.CRM communication.

Art Direction

Sinky was born from a simple truth: freelancers, agencies, and small sales teams waste a ton of time juggling too many poorly connected tools — CRM, messaging apps, Excel spreadsheets, LinkedIn outreach, emails... Forgotten leads, missed follow-ups, and a massive mental load.

The answer: an intelligent copilot for modern sales pros. Not a tool that takes the wheel for them — a next-gen CRM that understands how they sell, centralizes their tools, tells them what to do each day, and helps them scale without burning out.

Visual Territory

Sacha and Maxime built a blue, black, and white visual system with gradients — the identity of a premium tech tool that feels serious, but human. The main design reference, Submagic, pushed the direction toward a modern, dynamic, visually bold SaaS, far from the institutional feel of Pipedrive or Zoho.

Concept 1 — Dark & Product-First

A deep navy hero puts the dashboard interface front and center above the fold. Bold, direct typography — “Sell more. In less time.” — drives the message home without wasting a word. Trust badges under the CTA lay out the key selling points with ease. A full-width product shot shows off the platform’s depth. Clean. Technical. Effective. Built for freelancers and sales teams who want to see the product first.

Concept 2 — Spatial & Immersive

A full-screen hero with glowing blue spheres in the background creates a premium, distinctive AI world. Elegant white serif typography, with color accents on key words, adds character and sophistication. The centered video block invites visitors to see the product in action, with Trustpilot front and center for instant reassurance. A more narrative, aspirational direction that positions Sinky as a next-generation AI tool.

UX/UI Design

The UX for CoPilot.CRM had to win over a very pragmatic audience: freelancers, consultants, business developers — ages 25 to 40, overloaded but ambitious, and laser-focused on results. The challenge: show in under 10 seconds that CoPilot.CRM solves a problem they deal with every day.

Site Architecture

Sacha structured the site around 3 core values: Clarity (“you always know what to do next”), Efficiency (time savings + conversion), and a Love of Sales (human, proactive, approachable). Each section tackles a specific objection sales pros have when they look at a new CRM tool.

Showcasing AI Features

The 8 key features — personalized lead generation, automated pipeline, unlimited AI follow-ups, LinkedIn/Instagram import, automatic enrichment — were presented through their real-world benefits, not just their technical features.

Webflow Build

CoPilot.CRM was built in 4 weeks (May–June 2025). It was a high-intensity sprint, with Bryan and Tiphaine driving execution. Sacha and Maxime’s clear mockups made the build fast and faithful — a decisive edge on a tight timeline.

Performance and Animations

The site includes scroll-triggered animations and animated gradient effects that reinforce a cutting-edge feel without slowing load times. Launch also came with Webflow training for the CoPilot.CRM team.

CoPilot.CRM’s SEO strategy went after a highly competitive market — CRMs and prospecting tools — by finding precise angles of differentiation instead of taking on the giants head-on.

SEO Angles

Alex shaped the strategy around high-intent niche searches: “AI CRM for freelancers,” “automated prospecting CRM,” “Pipedrive alternative for freelancers,” “AI LinkedIn prospecting tool.” These searches capture decision-makers in evaluation mode, ready to try a solution.

Technical SEO

Semantic URL structure, optimized meta tags, SoftwareApplication schema markup with listed features, breadcrumbs, optimized Core Web Vitals. The site’s speed — thanks to Bryan and Tiphaine’s Webflow optimization — gives it a direct SEO edge.
