How to Connect a Webflow Form to Zapier
Learn how to connect a Webflow form to Zapier to automate submission handling.
In this tutorial, Sandro, cofounder of Gemeos Webflow agency, shows you how to connect a Webflow form to Zapier so you can automate how submissions are handled.
1. Enable the integration in Webflow
In Project Settings > Integrations, find the Zapier section. Copy your Webhook URL or connect your Zapier account directly.
2. Create the Zap in Zapier
In Zapier, create a new Zap. Choose Webflow as the trigger app and select the New Form Submission event. Connect your Webflow account and select your project and form.
3. Set up your action
Choose the action to trigger after each submission: create a contact in HubSpot or Attio, send a Slack message, add a row in Google Sheets, or send an email via Brevo. Map the Webflow form fields to the destination fields.
4. Test with a real submission
Turn on the Zap and submit your form on the published site. Check in Zapier that the trigger was received and that the action ran correctly.
Conclusion
Zapier connects your Webflow forms to more than 5,000 apps in just a few minutes.
