Deemply: art direction, design and Webflow website for regulatory compliance software

Deemply, formerly RegistreSécurité.com, digitises the regulatory obligations of buildings: safety register, occupational risk assessment (DUERP), prevention plan, hot work permit, accessibility register… Nine modules brought together on a single platform, for QHSE managers, property managers, executives and their service providers.

Deemply entrusted Gemeos, a web agency for SaaS companies, with the look & feel of its new brand, the design and Webflow development of its website, and its SEO.

Making regulatory compliance simple, even friendly

Building compliance means a paper register in a cupboard, scattered contractor reports and a safety inspection that always comes at the wrong time. In becoming Deemply, RegistreSécurité.com went from a tool to a nine-module platform: the brand had to reassure on a serious subject without piling on austerity, and speak as well to the QHSE manager as to the executive or the service provider.

Gemeos explored several look & feel directions around the Deemply mascot, set the brand's rules in a brand book, then designed and built the site on Webflow: modules, industries, profiles, case studies, pricing, resources and demo, in French and English, with a structure designed for SEO.

Look & Feel

A mascot to humanise a regulatory subject

Deemply has a mascot: a small purple robot whose screen shows two pixel eyes. The look & feel starts there. The logo's pictogram takes up the robot's head, and the robot itself appears at key moments on the site, next to the interface, like an assistant watching over the building's obligations.

The palette comes down to three colours: a dark purple (#22062D) for backgrounds and seriousness, a purple (#B97BFF) for the brand and actions, and a coral (#FFA385) for warmth and gradients. Each comes in ten shades in a working palette for interfaces. Text is set in Roobert PRO, a round, crisp grotesque used in several weights for headings, body text and buttons.

The brand book sets out the variations (logo on light or dark backgrounds, pictogram alone) and the don'ts: don't change the colours, don't add effects, don't rotate, don't stretch, don't reduce the contrast.

  • Deemply logo: the pictogram inspired by the mascot's head and the word deemply, in dark purple on a lavender background
  • Deemply pictogram in purple on a dark purple background
  • Deemply palette: dark purple, purple, coral, lavender and light grey
  • Brand book page: logo and pictogram variations on light and dark backgrounds
  • The Deemply mascot, a purple robot with pixel eyes
  • Roobert PRO, Deemply's typeface: a large purple “Aa”
  • Deemply working palette: ten shades of dark purple, purple and coral
  • Brand book page: forbidden uses of the logo
  1. Direction 1 - The mascot

The Deemply robot as the hero of the home page, on a soft background between grey and lilac. The purple of the existing identity is kept, the pictogram emerges from the mascot's screen and the keywords in headings take on colour. Intended perception: accessible and reassuring.

  2. Direction 2 - The grid

A strict, visible grid, a straight grotesque with two-weight headings, a few touches of gradient and the dashboard front and centre on the first screen, with the key figures right below. Intended perception: serious and rational, designed for large accounts.

  3. Direction 1.3 - Purple

The chosen iteration: the mascot direction, switched to a bold purple with a pixel pattern recalling the robot's screen, and an interface placed at the heart of the hero. It is the basis of the live site, later pushed towards dark purple and coral halos.

Web Design

A page for every obligation, every industry and every role

A QHSE manager wants to manage their risk assessment, a property manager to prepare for safety inspections, a service provider to file reports in the right place. The site guides each of them: by module, by industry or by profile, each time showing the Deemply interface as it really is, with the demo request at the end of the page.

PageWhat it does for the visitor
HomeThe promise “Digitise your regulatory obligations on a single platform”, the interface, the nine modules, the connected service providers and the FAQ
ModulesSafety register, building management, visitor register, risk assessment, prevention plan, hot work permit, accessibility register, water safety log and forms: one page each
IndustriesOffices and services, local authorities, retail, hospitality and culture, industry and logistics, healthcare and social care
ProfilesExecutive, property manager, service provider, technical manager, QHSE manager
Case studiesPuy du Fou, Effia and its 700 car parks, Coopérative U: the context, the key figures and the roll-out
PricingThree plans (Free, €490 a year, on quote) and a price estimator in thirty seconds
ResourcesArticles, guides and a white paper on regulatory obligations
DemoBooking a meeting directly in the page, with no intermediate form

Module pages alternate between dark purple and light backgrounds, with screenshots of the app set in a phone or a window and coral halos at the bottom of sections. The same building blocks recur everywhere: module cards, tabs by profile, a banner of connected service providers, FAQ accordions, a pricing grid: one more page can be assembled without going back to design.

Webflow Development

A bilingual site the Deemply team runs on its own

The site is built on Webflow, in French and English. Industries, profiles, case studies, resources and authors live in CMS collections, each served by a single template: adding an industry or publishing an article takes no layout work. The nine modules are dedicated pages, each with its screenshots and arguments.

The Pricing page includes an interactive estimator: visitors enter their number of buildings and their modules, and get a price in thirty seconds. The Demo page embeds the booking calendar directly, so that a request becomes a time slot without any back and forth.

  • Deemply price estimator: number of buildings, modules and annual price
  • Deemply's “Book your demo” page with the embedded calendar
  • “Deemply covers all your regulatory obligations” section: list of modules and mobile app

SEO

Answering regulatory questions before anyone looks for software

A safety manager types “permis feu” (hot work permit), “DUERP obligatoire” (mandatory risk assessment) or “commission de sécurité ERP” (public building safety inspection) long before looking for software. The site owns these searches with a page per obligation, per industry and per role, and a resource library that answers the practical questions people face on site.

WorkstreamDetail
Landing pages9 module pages, 6 industry pages and 5 profile pages, each targeting its own search intent
Content75 articles and guides in French (hot work permit, risk assessment, safety register, safety inspections…), a white paper on regulatory obligations and 3 case studies
InternationalA complete English version, linked to the French version by hreflang tags
Tags & metadataTitle and meta description written page by page, canonical tag everywhere, a 240-URL sitemap
Structured dataOrganization on the home and pricing pages, Article on each resource, ProfilePage on author pages

Readable by search engines and AI assistants alike

Each article is signed by the Deemply team, with its author page, and its structured data gives the headline, image, date and author. The home page and module pages answer managers' questions in their FAQ: short, attributed and dated answers, which help search engines and AI assistants cite Deemply on building compliance.
