Stoneo is an independent real estate agency with offices in Paris, Nantes, and Aix-Marseille. Its model is built on local agents deeply rooted in their neighborhoods, backed by proprietary technology that gives them the flexibility of a national network.

Gemeos handled the full visual identity and Webflow development — from brand to launch of a scalable platform, connected to the Stoneo API, with advanced search filters and built to scale across the agent network.

Art Direction

A visual world that blends human warmth with efficiency

The art direction was built around one clear refusal: no cold finance clichés, no anonymous portal vibes. At Stoneo, the agents and their territory stay front and center. The visual direction reflects that — photography, layout, typographic hierarchy — to project approachable confidence instead of intimidating expertise. Every page says the same thing: these are people who truly know their market. The art direction sets the foundation for a cohesive visual narrative across the entire site, from location pages to property listings.

Concept 1 — Immersive & Clean

A full-screen hero image with an integrated search bar that instantly pulls you into the Stoneo property world. The dark page background creates an elegant contrast with the white sections and property cards. A horizontal carousel of listings and a strip of team portraits build trust and a sense of closeness. A clean, professional direction rooted in the classic codes of a high-end real estate agency.

Concept 2 — Green & Warm

A dominant sage green world anchors Stoneo in a strong, memorable identity. The split hero — photo on one side, search on the other — set against a colored background creates instant visual impact. The property cards, with orange neighborhood badges and team avatars in circular frames on a green background, bring a distinctive sense of warmth and closeness. Italic typography for the headlines adds an editorial, elegant feel. The most distinctive and brand-defining direction of the three.

Concept 3 — Premium & Institutional

A clean, airy white design that leans into credibility and professionalism. The split text/photo hero with a multi-tab search bar — Sell, Buy, Rental Management — structures the offer from the very first fold. The brand block, with the Stoneo logo set against an aerial Paris photo, reinforces the institutional feel. Team cards in a grid and property listings in a carousel round out a reassuring, premium direction built for demanding clients looking for an agency they can trust.

UI Design

Interfaces designed for 80% mobile traffic

The UI was designed mobile-first from the very first mockup, with no compromises. With 80% of traffic coming from mobile, every component was built for readability on small screens: dense but airy property cards, navigation stripped down to the essentials, short conversion-focused forms. On desktop, the grid opens up and breathes — same logic, more space. The visual hierarchy guides users toward three key actions: estimate their property, browse available listings, contact an agent. No decorative element slows the journey down.

Product Design

Designing a product for dozens of agents at once

The core challenge wasn’t to ship a website. It was to build a framework. Stoneo rolls out its platform for every agent in its network through Avest — which means every product design decision had to work just as well for the main agency as it did for an independent agent in Nantes or Marseille.

Every page template — property listing, agent profile, city landing page — was designed as a reusable, configurable module. The CMS structure, navigation architecture, and page templates are all standardized so duplication stays smooth, with no visual regressions and no design intervention for every new rollout. Here, product design becomes an operational lever, not just a user experience one.

Webflow Development

Structured development built for scalability, API integration, and filters

The technical complexity of the Stoneo project comes down to three interconnected pillars.

Scalable architectureThe Webflow project is built as a master template, ready to clone and deploy for every agent in the network. Variables, CSS classes, CMS structure — everything is standardized to allow duplication without technical debt, managed directly by Avest.
Proprietary API connectionProperty listings are injected dynamically through the Stoneo API. Each agent site instance pulls only its own properties via an authentication token. The catalog stays up to date, with zero manual CMS work.
Custom advanced filtersThe property search includes a multi-criteria filtering system built with Finsweet CMS Filter, enhanced with custom TypeScript logic. Filters by city, property type, price range, and status can all be combined — no page reload required.

On top of that, the Stoneo team got a hands-on Webflow training session — style guide, collection list logic, and autonomous content management — so they could run the platform without outside support.

SEO — Local Visibility for a Neighborhood Agency Network

Stoneo’s SEO was built around a network model: each agent has its own local footprint, and the search strategy had to reflect that strong neighborhood presence while strengthening Stoneo’s brand authority. Gemeos laid the technical SEO foundation to maximize visibility by neighborhood and by city.
