Altarea Investment Managers: Webflow design and development of the campaign page for the Alta Convictions SCPI

Altarea Investment Managers is the portfolio management company of the Altarea group, authorised by the AMF, the French financial markets authority. Among other funds, it manages the Alta Convictions SCPI, a real estate investment trust that invests in retail and logistics assets at the heart of major French cities, and up to 20% elsewhere in Europe.

For its campaigns aimed at individual savers, Altarea Investment Managers entrusted Gemeos, a web agency for real estate, with the design and Webflow development of a page dedicated to the SCPI, live at campagne-epargnant.altarea-im.com.

Presenting a real estate investment clearly, with every precaution it requires

An SCPI has to be presented within a strict framework: every performance figure comes with its definition, every argument with its risks, and savers must know where to find the key information document before they invest. The Alta Convictions campaign page had to meet two requirements at once: make a saver arriving from an ad want to learn more, and give the regulatory notices that frame the investment all the room they need.

Gemeos designed and then developed a single page on Webflow, built as a journey: the promise and key figures, three reasons to choose the SCPI, the portfolio and its tenants, the risk profile, an FAQ, then the brochure request. The brand identity is Altarea Investment Managers' own: the work covers the layout, the components and the build.

Web Design

A single page, from first glance to brochure request

Visitors usually arrive from a campaign and only have a few seconds to give. The first screen sets out the promise, “Build tomorrow's income starting today”, and the four benchmarks a saver looks for first in an SCPI: the year's overall performance, the share price, the vesting period and how often income is paid out, each with its pictogram and the definition of the indicator right below.

SectionWhat it does for the visitor
HeroThe promise, the “Get more information” button and the SCPI's four key figures, with the definition of the overall annual performance
Why choose usThree cards: an attractive performance, illustrated by the chart of the last two years, prudent management and recognised expertise
PortfolioA map of the cities where the assets are located, in France and Spain, and three benchmarks: the number of assets, the total floor area and the number of tenants
TenantsThe brands of the main tenants, in a row on desktop and in a carousel on mobile
RisksThe risk scale, the recommended investment horizon and the investment warnings, next to the brochure download button
FAQEight questions savers ask (fees, risks, minimum subscription, first dividends, ways to subscribe…) in an accordion
Brochure requestThe contact form, at the bottom of the page and in a window opened by every “Download the brochure” button

The palette remains Altarea Investment Managers' own: an aubergine purple (#26133E) for headings and the footer, a purple (#502882) for actions, a touch of magenta (#AA3787) for badges and pictograms, and a warm grey (#F6F5F3) for cards. Text is set in Urbanist. The photos, bright and close to nature, speak of long-term saving rather than finance. Each regulatory notice sits next to the argument it qualifies, easy to read rather than pushed to the end of the page.

Webflow Development

A campaign page ready for acquisition

The page is built on Webflow and served on an Altarea Investment Managers subdomain. Two forms collect requests: the one in the “Download the brochure” window, which leads to a thank-you page where the brochure can be downloaded, and the one at the bottom of the page, which leads to its own confirmation. Both are protected against automated submissions by Cloudflare Turnstile.

So that every request keeps track of the campaign that brought it in, a script reads the UTM parameters from the URL (source, medium, campaign, ad set, term, content), keeps them for the duration of the visit and passes them into the hidden fields of each form. Cookie consent is handled by Didomi, tagging by Google Tag Manager.

The FAQ is an accessible component: each question expands on click or from the keyboard (Enter, Space), announces its state to screen readers and carries schema.org FAQPage microdata. The navigation bar, transparent over the hero photo, turns white as soon as the page scrolls. On mobile, the key figure labels get shorter, the asset map has its own version and the tenant logos switch to a carousel.

  • Click on “Download the brochure”: the “Learn more about the SCPI” window opens over the hero
  • “Learn more” form: title, last name, first name, email, phone, postcode and consent
  • Excerpt of the script that keeps the visit's UTM parameters and passes them into each form
  • “Thank you for your request” page with the brochure download button, on desktop and mobile
  • schema.org microdata for the FAQ: FAQPage, Question and Answer
  • Form and thank-you page on mobile
