Brillion x Gemeos

Branding and UX/UI for an ambitious Web3 project, built to be as technically rigorous as it is visually compelling.

A brand built for protocol

Brillion sits at the intersection of cryptography and user experience. Gemeos built the visual identity and interfaces for a Web3 product designed to last.

A project that shows Gemeos can take on complex technical worlds and turn them into cohesive, compelling brand experiences.

Visual Identity for the Web3 Ecosystem

Brillion is a project operating in the Web3 ecosystem, at the intersection of blockchain technology, crypto wallets, and decentralized authentication standards. Building a brand in this space means balancing two demands that seem, on the surface, completely at odds: the technical credibility expected by developers and savvy early adopters, and the accessibility needed to reach a broader audience as the project grows.

Brillion’s visual identity was designed to embody both cryptographic strength and the ambition of mass adoption. The art direction draws from the visual codes of decentralized finance — geometric precision, a restrained palette, technical typography — while softening them to avoid the cold, austere feel often tied to blockchain projects.

Positioning in the Crypto Space

The name “Brillion” evokes both brilliance — value, shine, performance — and the scale of the billions of transactions that power a blockchain network at scale. That double meaning shaped the visual choices: a logotype built on geometric precision that reflects the accuracy of cryptographic protocols, paired with a palette that signals both trust and innovation.

The brand guidelines cover every digital touchpoint: website, technical documentation, social media, and product interfaces. Each version stays true to the brand while adapting to the specific constraints of each format.

UX/UI for a Web3 Product

Designing the user experience for a Web3 product comes with its own set of challenges. Interactions with crypto wallets, transaction confirmations, and decentralized authentication flows introduce steps that have no equivalent in traditional web interfaces. The goal is to make these complex interactions feel as seamless and reassuring as possible for the user.

The UX work started with a map of the key user journeys, taking into account different audience profiles: advanced users familiar with wallets like Phantom, and newcomers discovering the Web3 ecosystem. This segmentation made it possible to design adaptive interfaces that can surface different levels of detail depending on the user's profile.

Interface Design and Component System

The UI mockups were built in Figma, with special attention paid to component states tied to blockchain interactions: loading states during transaction confirmations, visual feedback when a signature fails, and network status indicators. These micro-interactions play a crucial role in the trust users place in the product.

The design system created for Brillion brings these Web3-specific patterns together as reusable building blocks, making it easier to stay consistent as the product grows and new features roll out.

Webflow Build

Brillion’s marketing site was fully built in Webflow, with a sharp focus on performance and consistency across the product’s many pages. The structure runs on a Webflow CMS configured to power the blog independently — giving the Brillion team full ownership to publish content without technical support.

The IX2 animations were crafted to visually express the Web3 world: scroll-triggered entrances, smooth section transitions on feature pages, and micro-interactions on CTAs. Everything was built to meet the performance demands of a global audience.

SEO & Technical Audit

The SEO engagement for Brillion started with a full technical audit of the site: URL structure analysis, redirect checks, Core Web Vitals diagnostics, and identification of indexing friction. The recommendations were then implemented directly in Webflow.

On-page optimization covered every page on the site: heading hierarchy, meta title and description tags, internal linking, and structured data integration (schema markup) to strengthen visibility in the SERPs. The optimizations also accounted for LLM readability requirements — clear semantic structure, conversational content on key pages, GEO-friendly markup — to position Brillion in the answers surfaced by next-gen search engines.
