Qlower x Gemeos

Full redesign for Qlower, the fintech platform for retirement savings and wealth optimization: premium visual direction, expert UX/UI, a robust Webflow build with a scalable paginated blog, and an SEO strategy that doubled organic performance.

When a fintech platform gives itself the means to match its ambition

Qlower is a French fintech platform focused on optimizing retirement savings plans (PER) and wealth management. With a blog of nearly 200 articles and a strong SEO audience, the existing site no longer reflected the brand’s expertise or ambition.

Gemeos handled the entire project in 9 weeks: art direction, UX/UI design, Webflow development — including a large-scale paginated blog — and a careful SEO migration strategy. The result: organic performance doubled and a site worthy of Qlower.

Art Direction

Qlower’s art direction had to solve a two-part challenge: capture the rigor and credibility of a fintech platform while staying accessible and engaging for a demanding wealth-focused audience. Maxime explored several creative directions based on the brand briefing, then refined the chosen path with the Qlower team.

The visual identity leans on a restrained, premium palette, with graphic elements that evoke financial growth and calm confidence. The chosen typefaces strengthen readability across dense content — Qlower regularly publishes guides and in-depth analysis. Every choice around color, spacing, and visual hierarchy was designed to build trust and make complex information easier to read.

The art direction also brings in clean data visualization elements to showcase investment performance, along with app screen compositions that show the product in real-world use. The result: a distinctive, modern, reassuring visual world that firmly positions Qlower as the go-to online retirement savings reference.

Concept 1 — Clean & Productive

A clean, structured white design that puts clarity and readability first. The hero pairs bold typography with a 3D building illustration to instantly ground the real estate world. Trust badges — labels, savings, certifications — sit directly under the headline. The step-by-step features section, paired with product screenshots, shows how simple the user journey is. A restrained, reassuring direction built for owners who want to understand fast and commit without friction.

Concept 2 — Blue & Conversion

A full-width electric blue hero that puts Qlower’s signature color front and center with authority. Colorful trust badges pop against the blue background and grab attention instantly. The “pain points” section uses cards to call out property owners’ problems before introducing the solution — a smart empathy-to-conversion flow that works. Warm, human photography in the solution block softens the message and makes it feel personal. The most commercial, conversion-focused direction of the three.

Concept 3 — Peach & Premium

A warm visual world built on a soft peach backdrop that cuts through the cold, rigid codes of tax and finance. The split hero — text on one side, product screenshot on the other — shows off the interface from the very first fold. Trust badges — BNP Paribas, Orias, French Tech — plus user reviews reinforce institutional credibility. The “pain points” section uses the same V2 structure, but in a softer, more reassuring environment. A direction that brings fiscal seriousness and a pleasant user experience together.

UX/UI Design

With nearly 200 blog articles, a PER simulator, and multiple service pages, Qlower’s architecture called for deep UX thinking. Maxime designed a complete UI kit — colors, typography, components, icons — ensuring perfect consistency across the entire site.

The navigation was reworked to make key content easier to reach: simulations, practical guides, and investment comparisons. Reusable components were built for article cards, featured callouts, and comparison tables — giving Qlower’s team full ownership to publish new content on their own.

Special attention went into information hierarchy on long-form content pages. Qlower’s guides often run into the thousands of words. The mockups include anchor links, key takeaways, and contextual CTAs to keep readers engaged all the way through. Responsive behavior was refined at every breakpoint, with a mobile experience optimized for an audience that’s increasingly on mobile.

Webflow Build

Qlower’s Webflow build is one of the most ambitious projects in our portfolio in terms of content volume. Sajid structured the entire site around a reusable component architecture, giving Qlower’s team full ownership to manage and expand the site after launch.

The blog CMS was configured to handle several hundred articles with advanced pagination. Each blog page uses clean paginated URLs, modeled after Finary, so search crawlers can index the full content. Sajid also built custom 404 pages, embedded tables, and “good to know” callouts to enrich the reading experience.

Custom elements were developed for the simulation pages and investment comparison pages. Before launch, a full QA phase validated the design against the mockups across desktop, tablet, and mobile. Qlower’s team also received a one-hour recorded Webflow training session to make them fully self-sufficient.

SEO

Qlower already had a strong SEO foundation: hundreds of indexed articles, established backlinks, and significant organic traffic. The move to the new site was a critical moment — preserve that SEO equity and grow it without losing traffic.

Alex led a deep SEO audit before the migration, then built a complete 301 redirect plan based on high-traffic pages, the list of incoming backlinks to protect, and the site’s top 100 non-brand keywords. On the technical side, optimization covered meta tags, images, load times, and blog pagination with clean URL parameters. Within a few months, the results beat the goals:

SEO MetricResult
New keywords in Google’s index+632 (+42%)
