1. Choose the right schema type
Prioritize based on your site type: Homepage → Organization + LocalBusiness (if you have a local presence). Blog articles → Article or BlogPosting. FAQ pages → FAQPage (one of the most impactful for rich results). Tutorials → HowTo (generates numbered steps directly in the SERPs). The full reference: schema.org.
2. Generate your JSON-LD with free tools
Two approaches: an online generator (Technical SEO Schema Generator offers a no-code visual interface) or ChatGPT/Claude (describe your page and ask for the matching JSON-LD, then validate it).
3. Add it to the head of your page

4. Validate with Google Rich Results Test
Before publishing, validate it in Google Rich Results Test. A schema with errors won’t generate rich results. Also check Search Console > Enhancements after 1 to 2 weeks live.
