Blue Train: AI Correction That Gives Teachers a Head Start

Blue Train is an AI platform built to automate and improve exam grading at France’s top business schools. Trusted by EDHEC, EMLyon, and other leading institutions, it integrates natively with the main LMS platforms, Blackboard, Brightspace, and Moodle, and ensures GDPR and AI Act compliance.

Gemeos crafted the art direction, designed every UX/UI page, and built the site in Webflow, for an online presence as precise as the product it showcases.

Art Direction: A Premium EdTech World That Feels Clean and Credible

Blue Train’s art direction had to capture academic rigor and technological modernity. Gemeos built a clean visual world that puts the product and institutional credibility first, without falling into the generic SaaS or consumer EdTech playbook.

  1. Technology & Humanity

    An art direction inspired by the academic world, dominated by whites and soft grays that give the content room to breathe. BlueTrain steps in as a visual anchor and accent color, structuring the interactions. The clean, elegant typography evokes an educational feel, professional and approachable at the same time. The visuals alternate between portraits and calm landscapes, growing in scale as you scroll to support a smooth reading flow. The interfaces stay intentionally simple: lightweight cards, clean surfaces, subtle shadows. A direction that conveys the trust, clarity, and rigor of the most demanding institutions.

  2. AI in Motion

    A more contemplative direction built around BlueTrain’s core idea of motion, a train moving forward, a symbol of progress and evolution. A dark background puts the content’s light center stage, while bright blue accents act as tech anchors. The landscapes, clouds, horizons, reflections, build a world inspired by Romantic painting, almost dreamlike. Interface elements appear as floating fragments: transparent cards, glass surfaces that seem to rise out of the scene. A forward-looking, human take on AI, where innovation moves with calm, controlled momentum.
