Prismia’s art direction had to strike a delicate balance: it needed to reflect the technical rigor of AI while staying accessible and engaging for executives and training leaders, not all of whom are technical experts.

Based on Prismia’s full brand briefing, Gemeos explored several creative directions before locking in a visual territory anchored by trust and innovation. The color palette, typography, and visual component system were designed to stand out instantly in an AI space that often looks highly uniform.

A complete UI kit was delivered — colors, typography, components, icons, and visual identity elements — giving Prismia a cohesive foundation for the long term.

Concept 1 — Dark & Immersive

A full-screen hero on a black background, with a textured wash of colored light that creates a premium, mysterious tech vibe. Bold white typography commands attention. The sections that follow alternate between white and black backgrounds, creating a strong, high-contrast rhythm. Key metrics in clean cards and methodology cards with textured visuals keep the mood dark and sophisticated throughout the scroll. A radical direction that positions Prismia as a forward-thinking AI player.

Concept 2 — Beige & Editorial

A clean, structured design on a cream-beige background that breaks away from the usual AI consulting playbook. Centered serif typography for the headlines brings elegance and readability. The methodology is presented in vertical cards with geometric black-and-white halftone visuals — a distinctive, memorable graphic treatment. The whole thing feels serious and refined, built for decision-makers looking for a partner that’s rigorous and highly structured.

Concept 3 — Dark & Structured

A dark world with a fluid blue-gray texture in the hero that evokes data flows and AI in motion. The layout feels airier than V1, with generous white space between the key figures that lets it breathe. A vertical numbered methodology clearly structures the support process in a progressive way. The partner logo grid at the bottom of the page reinforces credibility. A premium, understated direction that balances visual impact with a clear offer.

Prismia’s UX/UI was designed to convert qualified visitors — executives, HR leaders, and training managers — into leads, with a smooth booking flow directly from the site. The navigation structure was mapped out in FlowMapp before moving into Figma.

Key pages designed included Home, Expertise, Blog, downloadable resources, case studies, and Contact. The offers section was simplified mid-project based on Prismia’s feedback — putting the 3 offers front and center for instant clarity. Every iteration went through a Figma prototype, with structured feedback sessions until full approval.

Prismia’s Webflow build was delivered by Tiphaine over a 9-week timeline, from art direction to launch on January 30, 2026. The site includes a full Webflow CMS for blog articles and client case studies.

Blog with lead gen — The blog section was built with a resource download system in exchange for an email, integrated as an accessible button in the sidebar of every article.

Cal.com (booking) — Prismia’s Cal.com module was integrated to let visitors book meetings directly from the site, synced to Prismia’s calendar.

Case studies CMS — A dedicated Webflow collection for client case studies (e.g. wholesale broker), fully manageable on their own.

A one-hour Webflow training session was delivered at handoff so the Prismia team could manage content with full ownership.

The site architecture was built SEO-first: well-structured expertise pages, a steady blog covering AI use cases, and downloadable resources designed to generate natural backlinks and engagement signals.
