Gemeos’s UX mission was to simplify a naturally complex journey — finding a venue, choosing activities, managing budget constraints, and handling group logistics — into a smooth, reassuring experience. The goal: make planning a corporate event as easy as booking online.

The interfaces were designed with special attention to critical decision moments: comparing offers, selecting activities, and submitting a request. Every screen was optimized to reduce cognitive load and speed up decision-making, while building the trust needed for a manager to commit event budget.

CMS Architecture for Programmatic SEO

The system is built around four thematic hubs, each powering hundreds of child pages generated through Webflow CMS. Each hub targets a distinct search angle: corporate retreat rentals, city-by-city team building guides, turnkey event packages, and destination management companies.

Teamout’s SEO strategy targets an ecosystem of keywords around corporate event planning: team building, corporate seminars, offsite planning, and team activities. High-intent queries driven by HR decision-makers actively looking for solutions for their teams.

The SEO approach combined technical site optimization — structure, speed, Core Web Vitals — with a content strategy built around use cases: year-end seminars, sports team building, strategic offsites. The goal: capture different profiles at different stages of the decision-making journey.

Programmatic SEO — capturing local demand at scale

The SEO strategy runs on a programmatic model: each child page targets a high-commercial-intent keyword by pairing an event type with a specific city or region.
