Team House x Gemeos

Redesign and rebrand for Team House, the platform that makes it easy to organize seminars in private houses.

The go-to platform for B2B seminars

Team House was born from a simple insight: the rise of post-COVID remote work had weakened the bonds between teammates. Their vision? To become the go-to platform for organizing team retreats in private houses across France.

Gemeos helped Team House sharpen their brand image, redesign their website, and train their team — delivering a result that matches their positioning and is built to drive leads.

Art Direction

Team House built a brand around strong values: warmth, team cohesion, authenticity, and that “at home” feeling. The art direction had to bring those values to life with warmth and professionalism, while speaking to a demanding B2B audience.

A warm, premium visual identity

Team House’s palette — Sage Green (#748E83), Natural Beige (#D8CCBF), and Warm Orange (#E8845F) — became the foundation for a refined art direction that evokes nature, the authenticity of country homes, and a professional setting all at once. The Géologica typeface was added to bring in a sleek, modern touch.

Aligning positioning & visuals

Team House’s ambition to evolve into a platform model shaped a more digital, scalable visual position — inspired by brands like Deel, Wander, and Le Collectionist — while keeping the human warmth that sets Team House apart from the competition.

Concept 1 — Immersive & Marketplace

A full-screen hero photo of the team in action outdoors instantly sets the tone for a team-building experience. The built-in search engine — destination, dates, number of guests — turns the fold into a direct booking interface. An 8-property grid in two rows gives an immediate sense of the depth of the catalog. Clear, functional direction. Built in the language of major booking platforms.

Concept 2 — Editorial & Warm

A split hero with text and a photographic mosaic that showcases the diversity of TeamHouse experiences. Orange italic typography on the key words creates a warm, memorable visual signature. The house grid shifts to two rows of four, with labeled categories. The service sections — Accommodation, Dining, Activities — use icons and detailed descriptions to spell out the turnkey value proposition. A more editorial, narrative direction that builds desire before it closes the deal.

Concept 3 — Airy & Premium

A clean, structured hero with oversized typography and a highly visible search bar. The property grid shifts to a more spacious 3+3+3 layout, with descriptions under each listing, giving the experience a premium catalog feel. Trust badges — G2, Capterra — and the client-company counter establish institutional credibility above the fold. The most conversion-focused direction, built for HR leaders comparing options before they book.

UX/UI Design

Team House’s site had to win over B2B decision-makers — CHOs, HR directors, office managers, startup CEOs — while still reflecting the warm, authentic experience people actually feel during their stays. The UX/UI was designed to maximize conversions and simplify the buying journey, which had yet to be fully digitized.

Digitized Buying Journey

One of the project’s biggest challenges was helping Team House move from an “agency” model to a more autonomous “platform” model. The design of the key pages anticipated that shift, with dedicated areas to explore the houses, learn about the included services, and clear CTAs that drive contact or booking.

Lead Gen & SEO/UX

Every design decision accounted for SEO/UX: clear content hierarchy, well-placed calls to action, testimonials, and trust signals visible right from the homepage — all to maximize conversions from organic traffic.

Responsive & Accessibility

The site was designed mobile-first, with special attention to the smartphone experience — the preferred channel for CHOs and office managers discovering the brand for the first time — while still delivering a rich, immersive desktop experience.

Product Design & Brand Identity

Beyond the marketing site, Team House’s support also included product design work on the overall brand identity — preparing the move toward a platform model and keeping every brand touchpoint aligned.

Brand Identity Optimization

We refined Team House’s visual identity system: tightened the palette (Sage Green, Beige, Orange), confirmed the typography, defined usage guidelines for visual elements, and shaped a tone of voice that matches the positioning of a “premium private seminar platform.”

Figma Design System

We delivered a complete design system in Figma: reusable components, a style library, brand assets, and usage guidelines. This gives the Team House team full ownership to create new content on their own while keeping the brand visually consistent.

Training & Handoff

We trained the Team House team so they could manage their brand identity day to day — content creation, marketing variations, and using Figma components.
