Art Direction

Cycle Events is a B2B event agency founded in March 2024 by a professional with 5 years of experience and more than 500 events organized. Its client roster makes the ambition clear right away: Emirates, Vinci, Nasdaq, Accor, Orange, Canal+, Allianz, Total Energies, RATP...

The art direction brief set a clear goal: a modern, clean, UX-focused, and copy-driven site, with a strong emphasis on event photography and video. The references named — funbooker.com and kactus.com — set the bar: sites that convert and capture organic leads at scale.

Visual Territory

Sacha built the concept around a warm, energetic palette that reflects the event world: Pink, Yellow, Orange, White/Black with elegant gradients. The choice was clear: stand apart from event agencies that feel too institutional, too cold — and visually embody Cycle Events’ values: professionalism, responsiveness, creativity, and availability.

The name “Cycle” inspired an identity that evokes the circular movement of an event’s phases: brief → proposals → approval → coordination → satisfaction → loyalty. Gemeos translated that value chain into a visual system powered by the site’s graphic rhythm.

Direct & Events

A clean, dynamic white design that gets straight to the point. The hero leans on a colorful pink keyword to grab attention, paired with a photo gallery alongside it that instantly sets the tone for the events. Triple-column testimonials with star ratings build social proof by the second fold. The services sections use a clean grid with icons and short copy. A clear, efficient direction built to convert HR decision-makers fast — especially those looking for a reliable partner.

Immersive & Memorable

A more narrative, emotionally driven direction centered on lived experience. The bold serif headline and Polaroid-style photo gallery create a warm, authentic world. Soft peach service cards organize the offer without weighing it down. A featured testimonial in a full-width quote adds human credibility. This direction visually brings Cycle Events’ promise to life: moments that leave a lasting mark.

UX/UI Design

The UX design for Cycle Events had a twofold goal: win over Office Managers and Communications Leads fast, and turn them into quote requests.

Conversion-first architecture

Sacha structured the site around Cycle Events’ three flagship catalogs — Team Building, Parties & After-Work Events, and Seminars — with navigation that reflects the full range of offers. The key differentiator — quotes in under 2 hours — went straight into the hero to cut friction at the top of the funnel.

Built-in social proof

With a portfolio that includes Emirates, Nasdaq, RATP, and Canal+, social proof was the strongest sales argument. The design showcases client logos naturally and with impact, placed at strategic points throughout the conversion journey.

Photos and video at the heart of the experience

In events, visuals sell first. The design put real event photos and videos front and center — so visitors could picture themselves there and feel the quality of execution before they even hit submit.

Webflow Build

The Cycle Events build covered week 6 of the project, with the site going live in early September 2025. The core technical challenge: give the Cycle Events team full ownership over their catalogs and offers — which change with the seasons.

Event CMS

A structured Webflow CMS built around event types (team building, parties, seminars) lets the Cycle Events team create and update offers without any technical support. That autonomy matters for an agency that needs to move fast when the market shifts.

Training and Ownership

Launch came with a one-hour Webflow training session, so the team could take control of the site from day one. No dependence on an outside agency for day-to-day updates.

Cycle Events’ SEO strategy had one clear goal: replicate the model of funbooker.com and kactus.com — sites that pull in a high volume of qualified leads through organic search on B2B event-related queries.

Strategic Queries

The semantic audit focused on high-intent commercial queries: "B2B event agency Paris," "corporate team building organization," "after-work company party Paris," "company seminar"... Strong search volumes, driven by HR and communications decision-makers with event budgets to spend.

SEO Architecture

Each event type — team building, parties, seminars — has its own dedicated landing page, optimized for its specific queries. The clean URL structure and LocalBusiness and Event structured data strengthen local visibility across Paris and the Île-de-France region.
