The art direction brief set a clear goal: a modern, clean, UX-focused, and copy-driven site, with a strong emphasis on event photography and video. The references named — funbooker.com and kactus.com — set the bar: sites that convert and capture organic leads at scale.
Visual Territory
Sacha built the concept around a warm, energetic palette that reflects the event world: Pink, Yellow, Orange, White/Black with elegant gradients. The choice was clear: stand apart from event agencies that feel too institutional, too cold — and visually embody Cycle Events’ values: professionalism, responsiveness, creativity, and availability.
The name “Cycle” inspired an identity that evokes the circular movement of an event’s phases: brief → proposals → approval → coordination → satisfaction → loyalty. Gemeos translated that value chain into a visual system powered by the site’s graphic rhythm.
